On February 1st , St. Brigid’s Day, we celebrated Grandparents’ Day as part of Catholic Schools Week.
Firstly we had a Prayer Service in St. Patrick’s Church where Fr. Farrell blessed some St. Brigid’s crosses for the grandparents.
The Parents’ Association then had lovely refreshments ready in the school hall and everybody was invited to come to the school.
First class put on a wonderful performance for the school community on Tuesday 16th December. Well done to all involved!
