Wellbeing Week 2025

What a week! This week was wellbeing week and we focused on our wellbeing and mental health.

We kicked off the week with Mindful Monday. There was lots of fun activities in different classes including yoga, meditation, nature walks and much more. The girls were very busy working with puppets with Brigitte and Niamh. They also had lots of fun designing posters which highlighted the importance of looking after our wellbeing. We ended our week with Inside Out Day, where the kids wore their jumpers inside to out to highlight how important it is to not keep your feelings inside and to share these with someone you trust.
