Items Discussed

Chairperson welcomed everyone and agreed minutes of previous meeting
World Book Day 3^rd March 2022– School principal organising the book tokens 2 per class – funded by PA
Workshop for 6^th class children transitioning to secondary school – start date to be decided by school (possibly after Easter) – funded by PA
Confirmation 8^th April 2022– Parents of 6^th class children voted in favour to wear own clothes
Communion – to be discussed further at next meeting if anything can be organised afterwards
Clothes collection Sat 30^th April 2022, clothes can be dropped to school from 1^st April
Swimming for 4^th– 6^th class to commence in April 2022
Music Workshop to be paid/Basketball/Heritage Day/PA Membership renewed and paid last month
Active Flag Couch to 5K – school looking for volunteers
Fun Run – Suggestion of date Sunday 29^th May 2022 – 11am – secretary to look into the preparation 2 years ago (numbers, signs, prizes, suggestion to design a poster instead of a best-shirt competition; forms, fees, sponsorship etc..)
Football starting for 4^th – 6^th class
