Lego Workshops

All the girls and boys are enjoying a 6 week block of Design and Technology workshops. During these workshops, the principles of Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) are explored through LEGO. We can see lots of future engineers, architects, builders and designers in St . Brigid’s Primary School. Lola and Cara wrote a small piece about these workshops.

We started doing Lego a few weeks ago. We build so many things. We built a dinosaur, a monkey, a helicopter and a bin truck. Some of them were a bit harder than others. After we finished building them, we got to add extra parts like wheels, teeth and much more. It was so fun because I love lego and building. By Cara Rossiter
