Communication with Parents:

Formal Parent / Teacher Meetings are held during the First Term when parents are assigned a specific time to discuss their child’s progress with the teacher. Teachers are, of course, willing to meet Parents at other times. Please make an appointment so as not to disrupt class time. Reports are sent home at end of each school year. The Class Teacher keeps a progress record on each child. Parents are kept informed of school news by frequent newsletters. A list of school closing and opening dates is sent home to each home at the beginning of school year. Pupils are not allowed out of school at any time during the school day unless they have written permission from you or that you contact the teacher/ secretary Dental appointment cards suffice for dental visits.
